Hi everyone, How can I limit the text that appears in the "List of tables"? In the float, I have a lot of text but I only want part of it (first phrase) to appear in the "List of tables". I'll throw in an example to be clear what I mean.
In the float inset, this is the text that appears: "The H2B-GFP chimeric protein. The H2B protein was tagged with GFP at its carboxyl terminus; the lenght, in amino acids (a.a.), of each region and of the junction between H2B and GFP is indicated. The amino (N) and carboxyl (C) termini of the fusion protein are indicated and the histone amino-terminal tail is shown as agray box" In the list of tables, I want just to appear: "The H2B-GFP chimeric protein" Thanks in advance
