Yes, this looks very much like http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5499 which is about undo crashes that occur (a.o.) in math mode IF the outliner is opened. This specific bug will be fixed in 1.6.1. It also might be a different bug. Does it depend on the outliner state? Jürgen
