in Preferences>Output>Converters, define a new converter LaTeX (plain)->DVI or 
LaTeX (pdflatex)->PDF that runs latexmk (you might also need to define a new 
file format for this, see the other converters). For latexmk, I think you 
should not nees/use an extra flag (such as "latex").
