When an article has been accepted for publication, one must send the journal the LaTeX file with the original reference to the BibTeX generated bibliography replaced by the associated bbl file. I keep instructions around to help me remember how to do this, but how hard would it be to have this as an export option in LyX: Export > LaTeX (pdflatex with bbl file)?
Not too hard, probably. You might just have to define an appropriate copier. rh
