Thanks for your comment on macros and environments, Jürgen! Now something strange has happened to my subsection headlines in the sources lists: they are too close to the paragraph before and the font size is too small, but just the ones after the first hanging paragraph!
Please find attached 2 sample pages. On page 489 the vertical distances and
fontsizes are ok. On page 494 you can see that the headline of subchapter 9.2
is totally wrongly formatted but the following subsubchapter* headline is ok.
Other subsubchapter* headlines on the following pages (not in the sample)
show the same problem, but only in vertical spacing.
Have you got a clue what needs to be changed?
