the layout is attached
The problem is with the counter lines, e.g.,
Counter Name theorem within section End
This needs to be in the form:
Counter
Name theorem
Within Section
End
with whitespace as shown. The layout2layout script expects it in this form.
I'm surprised that it used to work, actually.
