WinVista: Scrolling in LyX-window with mouse wheel?

Hi,

using LyX 1.6.3 on WinVista. I cannot scroll in the LyX-window with my 
mouse wheel. Of course, (arrow up) and (arrow down) work. Is this 
intended?
