Can you tell us how you configured LyX to recognize eLyXer? Depending on the method there are various things that could have gone wrong. Also, it would be helpful if you could go to Preferences > Converters, look for LyX -> HTML in the list, and send us the Converter line; it should be something like: elyxer.py --directory $$r $$i $$o Thanks, Alex.
