Inkscape and LyX

I googled this newsgroup and didn't find any message about it, sorry if 
it was discussed earlier.
I have installed complete miktex2.8, inkscape 0.47pre3 .
What are the next steps if I want to include svg graphic into LyX?
Are there help about the embedding  in the Help of LyX?
Which version of LyX have to install? (in windows xp)
