I installed 1.6.5 today, on a OSX machine (10.5.8). Suddenly the

possible to have years specified in the .bib file as "1915/1938" to

haven't changed any other setting today apart from the installation of
LyX 1.6.5.
Are these remarks about how things appear in the output? Or in LyX itself?
It is possible that LyX is responsible, and I may vaguely recall someone
making a change in this area, though I'm not sure.
