H hello everybody I have a problem with lyx. when i draw a numbered table lyx works and gives it a correct number. the same for the next table. But when i view the lyx file as PDF file and take a look to the tables' numbers i notice that all the tables, of a same chapter, get the same number. I mean that when i write in lyx chapter 4-section 3(for istance) and put 2 tables that are numbered automatically as "table 6" and "table 7", then when i update the PDF, i notice that the 2 tables get the same number like "table 4.2". i cannot understand the reason. can anyone help me?? it very important. i am using it for my Thesis.
