What I mean is, just disabling the main text, not the branches in it. That´s why the way to add a branch for the main text would be a little difficult, as every separated part of the main text, beween the branches, would have to be nested in a branch. I would like to have the possibility to just enable output only for the different branches in the document.

I hope this is a little clearer.

Yes, this would be a way, but a uncomfortable way:
As my main text is very long and has lots of branches, it would be much more convenient, if there would be a possibility to disable the main text. Otherwise I would have to put quite a few parts into a new branch.
Is there no other way?

No, the main branch as such is unmarked. Even the branches aren't really marked in LaTeX. They are just ways of enabling and disabling output.

Conceptually, this is harder than you might think. Branches can be nested, so if you think of the main text as a branch that can be disabled, then everything inside it is also disabled. So it just isn't clear what it would mean to disable the main text.
