Could someone please guide me how to:
* Avoid the "contents" header flowing over into the header of pages of
my first chapter.
* Be able to use Chapter (not Chapter*) and Section (not Section*) and
yet be able to ensure that the Chapter and Section numbers don't show up
in the table of contents? Thanks! FN
