Yes, but you will need to use ERT. I've attached a sample file (using some of the sample bibliographies that ship with LyX, so you should be able to compile it at your end).

I put a line in the preamble (currently commented out) that shows one way to modify how the headings are adjusted to indicate continuation, if you do not like the default roman numerals. Remove the % at the start of the line to compile the alternative version. Please see the Beamer user guide (around page 60) for details.
