Could you tell me how to fix it? Or if you have some A&A example LyX files -

You need to have the aa.cls LaTeX class file installed to use it, and it
appears your LaTeX distribution may not include aa.cls. You can check
by running 'kpsewhich aa.cls' in a terminal (if you have the file, the
path should show up). If not, you need to find out how to install it on
a Mac.
