Even though you see frames around the links in the PDF, they do not appear
in the printed version. Therefore, your university will be able to get your
thesis/report printed without the links visible. However, if you prefer to
have them become completely invisible (but still functional), it is easy to
do. In the Document:Settings:PDF Properties dialog, click the box "No frames
around links" in the Hyperlinks tab. The frames will disappear, but the
links in the PDF will remain functional and a hand cursor will appear when
hovering the mouse over them.
