Hi, There was a post about this sometime ago (2008, I think), but I am wondering if you can help me with this in case the answer is different now. I am running Lyx 1.5.4 on Windows XP. I would like to "test drive" the latest version, which is I think 1.6.7, while still keeping 1.5.4 on my computer and ready to go in case I need to revert to it if 1.6.7 doesn't work out. Is there any way that I can do this? Or do I need to uninstall 1.5.4 before installing 1.6.7?
