Can I be more specific with this
What I would like to be able to do is to replace
Chapter 1
Title of Chapter 1
With
1. Title of Chapter 1
So it looks like another section
I can't simply use sections as they start numbers at zero if you don't
use the chapter environment.
I'm not sure my earlier post was all that clear.
