Either
- create a PDF out of your Excel file and then include the PDF via the
menu Insert->File->External Material (template pdfpages).
or
- create a longtable in LyX and fill it with the Excel table content.
Longtables are described in detail in the EmbeddedObjects manual that
you find in LyX's Help menu.
