on the same page you can find mirrors available for downloading. to my surprise i found that the CNET web offers different(!) binary with the same name LyX-1.6.7-Mac-Universal.dmg. please people be careful that you wont download some trojan horses on your computers when not using official download routes. please report back whether the official installer works for you. pavel
