SOLVED: I did googling and found https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/subversion/+bug/473139 One of the solutions is rm ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring Now, I can commit my lyx project from within LyX version control..again. Pavel, one more question: why you are asking "didn't you commit for example from a different box before?" Would it be the main reason? Thanks and regards waluyo
