So when will be "track changes" in line?
It is already, since we are at version 264, from April 2007.Adding support for lyxadded/lyxdeleted should be simple (although some care is needed for author or such things).
Please create a request for enhancement (ticket) on www.lyx.org/trac/ so that it does not get forgotten.
