1) You need the dictionaries for both languages for your spell checker. 2) You have to mark your text according to the correct language. I cannot provide the HOWTO for (1) at Windows Vista (what's you're using?), sorry. At Mac OS X you may use "Native" or "Hunspell" spell checker out of the box. For "Aspell" @ macosx you have to install aspell + dictionaries e. g. with macports. Stephan
