Hello,
I am a LyX newbie using LyX 1.6.8 on Mac OS 10.6.6, so I apologise in advance
that I might not be able to express my problem with the best description.
I use Skim.app to view my PDFs in LyX, and would like to know how I can assign
a keyboard shortcut to this function to view and update PDFs.
I read somewhere else in this forum that I could set a shortcut by to view PDFs
by configuring
buffer-view pdf2
but I cannot find this under
LyX: Preferences >> Editing >> Shortcuts
The Bind file loaded is "mac.bind".
When I hover over the "View PDF (pdflatex)" and "Update PDF (pdflatex)" buttons
on the LyX toolbar, I can see that no keyboard shortcut has been assigned to
them. Any help in how to assign keyboard shortcuts to these two buttons would
be appreciated. Thank you very much.
