It's not, of course, a big deal, since I can just ignore the warning,

It happens here as well, but only on the next save after the first
after one has created and saved a new file.
That is when I have noticed it as well.

Not consistently. I just changed (trivially) a preamble and re-saved,
with no problem.
This pop up appears also when
a template is used and saved the second time, but it doesn't appear to
do any harm?
I don't know about that.

cured by something racy and Italian. Bianchis and Colnagos are a lot
cheaper than Maserattis and Ferraris.
