Nope, nothing at all. I've tried with one monitor. I also tried using a Linux installation of 1.6.5 (I think), and that works fine, just not with the OS X version. I've just downloaded the 2.0rc2 for OS X, and it's actually working there, so I guess it's a moot point now anyway. Thanks for your help! Pete.
