Alignment and line breaks in tables in Lyx 2.0

Hi,

I can't seem to vertically align text in table cells in Lyx 2.0 - the
buttons are disabled, and the keyboard short cut reports 'command
disabled'.
Similarly for inserting a line break in a cell.

Is this correct behaviour or bugs?
