I am currently using lyx 2.0.0 for my thesis and have a very odd problem. The equation numbering on the lyx GUI is totally wrong though they are correct if I convert them View pdflatex. For example, equation is displayed as (561) on lyx, but the pdf output shows the correct numbering (1.1). What could be down to? Is there any setting option wrong? regards, Ider
