warning: i have no actual experience with using hebrew and lyx... however i will be interested to fix things in gentoo. 1) do you have culmus-latex installed? 2) i thought that ivritex is related to tetex which is dead, culmus-latex should be used instead. can some experienced hebrew user comment whether this is true? 3) it is possible to use use xetex with lyx 2.0.0. have you tried it? pavel
