A "toggle" keybinding would be perfect. If I am not the only one missing this I
can open a feature request.
toolbar-toggle could be extended to toggle all toolbars when no
parameter is given, but it would be a bit tricky to restore them
afterwards. Alternatively, the code for fullscreen support could be
split in two functionalities (full screen and toolbar hiding).
After all, these are different needs.
Fell free to enter a feature request, but of course there is no
guarantee that it will be handled. Development is a bit calm these days :(
