IMV, the best version would be a printer/publisher in SA - (maybe a University press o.ä.) less shipping cost, less environmental impact. Maybe even a better acceptance among the target audience. But for the exact choice, the target audience may know better (or have a look at the "comptetition" / referenced books). Günter
