I was working on a file called npess.lyx. The directory listed in the error
dialog does contain several files: a couple of .pdf graphics files; a .tex
file, and a .tex.dep-pdf file that turns out to be an ascii file containing the
path to the .tex file.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have suggestions for how to trace
the cause of the problem?
