Is this possible in lyx?
Everything that is possible in LaTeX is also possible in LyX. Therefore, asking on a LaTeX group would be a better option for you, I guess. The answer would be - yes, it is possible, but is it easy?
Moreover, these 'strange' formattings should be better done in LibreOffice, or even better in Scribus. Maybe you should ask yourself why do you need LaTeX and LyX after all.
