Any ideas what is causing this?
I could reproduce it as follow:
I have the attached module installed, and if I add it to an empty file, save
the file and open
LyX, the error occurs - but there seems nothing wrong with the module?
There is something wrong with the format number, I think. Certainly HTML
stuff cannot go into a file with Format 11, since that was 1.6.x and
XHTML output wasn't introduced until 2.0.x. So LyX is getting confused
during the conversion to the current format. Not sure why you are seeing
the error at "OptionalArgs", but that's the kind of thing that is happening.
