Hi,
I'm writing a document using "report" class and default index options.
I'm trying to add some 'see' entries in the alphabetical index but they
just do not appear in it. There is no error issued though. A sample entry:
Resolver!Stub|see{Cliente limitado} (of course, inside an Index Entry
item and both curly braces are inside a TeX environment).
I also tried to copy-paste an existing entry from the User's Guide and
didn't work. Also tried to directly write the TeX code and didn work:
\index{Resolver!Stub|see{Cliente limitado}}
Any idea? Is this somewhat related to the report class? The User's Guide
is a KOMA Book...
