I have "Restore window layouts and geometries" checked in LyX 2.0.6 preferences, but when I open a file in the morning, the window is half the size and re-positioned from how it was when the file was saved the day before. LyX does remember window size and position during the day while LyX is up and running. Is there a box I'm not checking?
