Hmmm… I cannot reproduce your problem.

But I removed the sweave module from your minimal example.
This one I don't have.

Another thing I've noticed: you've added this line to your preamble:
\addbibresource{Users/marsh/Dropbox/The Monetary Circuit and the Urban 
Proces/TikZ/references.bib}

1) I think the leading slash is missing.
2) I don't know if spaces in path names are allowed here.

In case correcting the minimal example doesn't solve your problem
it would be interesting to read the crash report.
