Hi Omar, Which OS do you use? Which version of LyX do you use and where did you download the installer? Which PDF reader do you use? Does LyX work again if you delete (don't forget to back up if you want) your user directory? In Linux, the user directory is ~/.lyx. On other operating systems, check Help > About. Scott
