Hello,

I'm using XeTeX fonts on Lyx 2.0.3 under Ubuntu 13.04 in order to use IPA
phonetic characters. Despite information on the wiki saying that Unicode IPA
characters should be displayed on the PDF provided that the font has those
characters defined, some IPA characters are NOT displayed correctly in the PDF.
Is there a way to use Unicode characters on Lyx/XeTeX?

Below you can find a minimal example that uses Times New Roman and some unicode
characters. These characters display correctly with Times New Roman on other
programs such as LibreOffice Writer. The characters that aren't displayed in
this example have the following codes: U+02C8 and U+026A
