Struggling to get APA style to work in LyX.
In the most recent iteration, I have a) opened a
new file; b) set the document class to article;
c) set citation style to Natbib and processor to Bibtex
under Bibliography in Document Settings;
d) added "\usepackage{apacite}" in the Preamble;
e) inserted a BibTeX generated bibliography.
If I then view this as a PDF, the bibliography appears in
good APA form. If I then save the file and then
hit view once again, the bibliographic entries have now
disappeared under References.
What's going on? Am on a Max OS X 10.5.8.
