I did all this including reconfigure, but on the terminal it says Cannot find '~/Photobiology2013/PBRFigFinal/PB-ref-20140108' although I included it in \addbibresource{~/Photobiology2013/PBRFigFinal/PB-ref- N20140108.bib} Is there a linux command which, being at the site of the bib file, tells me the whole path I have to use? I tried also /home/WE/Photobiology2013/PBRFigFinal/PB-ref-N20140108.bib} and ./home/WE/Photobiology2013/PBRFigFinal/PB-ref-N20140108.bib} but the pdf output does not contain the Bibliography either. The citations are in the pdf-document. I am using Debian and Lyx 2.0.6 Wolfgang
