compiled lyx 2.1.1 has not spellchecker

I have a computer with a fresh debian 7.6 installed, and I configured and 
compiled lyx 2.1.1 without problems, (I have installed aspell and dictionaries).
But no spell checker does not appear in the corresponding menu lyx.
How I can get it?
