one entry for longtable in list of tables

I was searching the web for the solution of my problem. Unfortunatley I haven't found something useful.

 

My problem

I'm using Lyx 2.1.0 on Windows. I have two longtables in my document with captions so that they become numbered and listed in the 'list of table'

My problem is, that since they span about 1 1/2 page there are two entries for the same longtable in the 'list of table' (Lot). I would like to have only one entry fro the same longtable, but in the text I would like to have the caption on both pages. I tried to mark the caption as first header, that leads to just one entry in the Lot. On the other hand it really means that the caption is just one the first page of the longtable.

 

Is there a way around it? So that there would be one entry in the Lot but the caption as header for all the pages the longtable needs?
