KDE blurp bugfixes

[Asger K. Alstrup Nielsen]

Ok, on the LyX homepage at http://www.lyx.org, I moved the KDE blurp
below the "How to get LyX" stuff, and shortened it a bit to make it
less redundant. Also, the links should work now in all browser.

But the warnings about incompatible versions are still there.
I think they should be there, because this is how it is.

Greets,

Asger
