Remember to commit early and often. Others including me are going to be
commiting changes to this guide also. Mine will be restricted to
documenting the "latex8" document class (I was going to put it just after
the Foils documentation which I also wrote -- is that okay with you?
Would you prefer it if I sent the completed section to you for inspection
and editting?)
