Are those warnings related to the use of "long long"?
I do not plan to "fix" long long related warnings because long long is
in C99 and C++0x.
Yeah, those warnings, I was hopping to use inttypes.h, but C++ standard
doesn't have that file iiuc. I guess we can leave it as it is.
