Let me express my opinion o this.

Well, it should look like this:

Clzip - lossless data compressor

Without full stop at the end, because it is a title and titles are not ended with full stop.

Well, they you should put use other options from -h in -vh either.

It is on very top of options as -h, --help is the very top of all options. So it cannot be more prominent than that.
And it does not belong to title - help screen is neither primary nor main program feature, therefore it should not be in the title.
