I checked on oshpark; I don't think that one will help you.  It is for a
different package type.

The way I see it, it will be difficult for you to solve your problem.  If
you can't solder then you will basically have to mail your eeprom
-somewhere- to get it soldered onto an adapter board.

Then someone has to make that adapter board for you.  Mike's board is the
only one I know of.

Frankly it is cheaper just to ignore the part you have, and look for a plug
and play solution from somewhere - because mailing costs are pretty high
relative to an eeprom cost.
