Hi Stephen, Yup it's my dad's Tektronix 2230. I'm working on repairing the ModelT during my lunch hour at work. It's a pretty nice storage scope. At work we have similar gear to what you have plus a super fancy Lecroy rack mount scope with a color touchscreen. Thanks for your advice I'll keep poking around to find out what's really wrong.
