Hi James,

How can you get stuff into the countrywithout paying VAT?? I send clocks there all of the time, and the most common complaint I get from my customers is that they have to pay VAT on the delivery. Your customs services are especially efficient at enforcing the rules, but it seems like most people don't know that they have to pay VAT on all purchases, including overseas.

Any ideas would be appreciated :-)

Doug
